Subject: Linux may violate 270+ patents

Linux may violate more than 270 patents, according to Open Source Risk Management Inc. USPTO grants far too many patents than it should, but even if Linux violates only a dozen patents, the risk to the users is still unmanageable and unacceptable.

Switch to Windows. Windows doesn't violate any patents whatsoever.
