This latest news about appeal ought to tell IBM and the Loons that SCO means business. It surprised even me, a staunch SCO supporter. I was under the impression things were tacked on to the lawsuit, and SCO will not mind too much to see them dismissed. But, not so. SCO is digging its heels in. Understandbly enough, Loons are very worried (which indicates IBM is very worried). They wanted to shut out who they call trolls to concentrate exclusively on their lie campaign today.

I expect the settlement talks to commence very soon, now.
