SCO owns Unix. Caldera owned Unix, according to its cofounder, Ransom Love. That makes SCO the owner of Unix now.

SCO is all set to crush IBM in the lawsuit.

If see this message briefly, and then it goes out of view, it's because the Linux supporters are deliberately giving it a low rating to make it invisible in the default view. Ask yourself why they are doing this. The Linux supporters are scrambling to eliminate obstacles to their false propaganda. They are trying to hide IBM's guilt.
