Subject: Will Novell and IBM execs go to jail?

It looks like Novell and IBM are colluding to deny SCO its rights. Will SCO get to the bottom of this conspiracy in discovery? Will the execs of Novell and IBM end up in jail? Will some of the Loons accompany them? (walterbyrd, freecode and the Swede are my nominees; panglozz is in instigator, but he always uses enough weasel words to escape liability; Colonel Loon seems like a retard that doesn't know what he is doing.)
